A shift in political climate, unfair portrayal by the news media, and a lack of qualified candidates are usually top of list.

In 2017, I asked myself that very question.  What if, instead of believing all of the events plastered on television and social media were to blame, it was, in fact, our antiquated processes, outdated thinking, and same old, same old marketing philosophy that were keeping us from seeing the abundance of applicants right in front of us?  That’s why I developed and implemented the proven plans and strategies found in my courses that will have your agency saying goodbye to:

Some things you should know before you work with me...

No one wants to see you succeed more than I do, and I can't wait to prove it, but you have to be ok with these for this to work...

This isn't an elitist, 'best of the best', super serious strategy.  You're going to have to be down to earth, have some fun, and show some personality in your recruiting.

This is not a 'quick fix' strategy...recruiting is a long game.

 

You must be willing and prepared to deploy the right resources in the right places.  Adding marketing/recruiting duties to someone's already busy workload is going to get you more of what you already got.  

My lessons aren't designed to help you impress other leaders, departments, or city/county/state officials.  They'll be blown away, mind you, but this is about learning how to attract the right applicants to your agency.  

I don't do things because everyone else does.

I have a teachers heart and want you to succeed - but I'm not here to pat you on the back and tell you everything's ok when it's not.  My programs are designed to kick you in the rear and get you going!

I am incredibly passionate about teaching and will stay up all hours of the night to help you!
